Our services are limited to providing administrative and technological assistance to attorneys. Your use of the Web Properties does not establish an attorney-client relationship with Juriix. Do not make legal decisions based solely on the Content. Unless you are an existing client, any email sent to Juriix is not privileged or confidential.

You acknowledge that in using the Web Properties and accessing the Content and/or User Content, you may encounter material that you deem to be disturbing, offensive, or objectionable. 10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach thereof shall be settled by arbitration administered by the [Indian Arbitration Association] (“IAA”) under its Arbitration Rules, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. The arbitration shall be conducted in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, unless you and Juriix agree otherwise. The arbitrator(s) shall have exclusive authority to resolve any dispute relating to the interpretation, applicability, enforceability, or formation of these Terms, including, but not limited to, any claim that all or any part of these Terms is void or voidable.

11. MODIFICATIONS TO THE WEB PROPERTIES.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Web Properties or any features or portions thereof without prior notice. You agree that we will not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Web Properties or any part thereof.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Juriix, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Web Properties, including, but not limited to, any use of the Web Properties’ content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms or your use of any information obtained from the Web Properties.
16. JURISIDICTION.
This agreement is governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, India.

17. MISCELLANEOUS.
These Terms, in conjunction with the Privacy Notice and any other legal notices, additional terms and conditions, or policies posted by us on the Web Properties, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Web Properties. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, such provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. No waiver by either party of any breach or default shall be considered a waiver of any prior or subsequent breach or default. You may not assign these Terms or any rights or obligations herein without our prior written consent, and any such attempt without consent is void. We may assign these Terms at any time without notice. These Terms do not create a joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship between you and us.
